On-Demand Service Platform for Home Services
Klik Tukang is an on-demand service platform connecting customers with skilled tradespeople for home services. The project involved creating a comprehensive concept from scratch, including branding identity, material design, and complete app design with detailed UI/UX flows.
Home service booking was fragmented and unreliable, with no trusted platform connecting customers with verified tradespeople. Customers struggled to find reliable service providers, while skilled workers lacked a platform to reach customers.
We created a complete brand identity from the ground up and designed an intuitive mobile platform that connects customers with verified service providers. The design included comprehensive research, exact UI flows, and detailed UX specifications for all products and touchpoints.
Mobile Apps UI/UX Redesign Concept
Complete mobile application redesign from Version 1.0 to Version 2.0, featuring the service selection interface with categories like AC, Plumbing, Electricity, and more. The design showcases the brand mascot and emphasizes the platform's commitment to connecting customers with skilled handymen for various home services.
Brand Identity Development
Comprehensive brand identity system including logo design with the tagline 'At Your Service, In A Klik™'. The orange color represents easy and convenient service, while white symbolizes customer freedom. Features brand mascots Mr. Tutu and Mrs. Tutu, who serve as friendly faces helping customers with their service needs.
User Flow Chart
Detailed user flow chart focusing on usability aspects to complete various tasks. The flow covers the complete user journey from app launch, sign-in options (Google, Facebook, Twitter), creating orders, filling questionnaires, searching for service providers, matching with Tukang, payment processing, and rating system.
Low Fidelity Wireframe
Comprehensive wireframe showcasing all essential screens including Splash Screen, Login UI, Forgot Password, New Account Form, Settings, Home, History, Payment, and Help sections. The wireframe demonstrates the complete user interface structure with clear navigation flow and functionality mapping for each screen.
High Fidelity Wireframe
Finishing all designs to be user-friendly, easy to use, eye-catching, and based on good structure to deliver a great experience. The high-fidelity mockups show polished UI elements with the brand's color scheme (orange and green), detailed interactions, and complete visual hierarchy across all screens.
User Flow Detail
Created detailed user flow that focuses on usability aspects to complete several tasks with clarity and precision. This comprehensive diagram maps out the entire user journey with annotations, decision points, and screen transitions, ensuring seamless navigation throughout the application.
Interactive App Showcase
Live demonstration of the Klik Tukang application showcasing the smooth user experience and intuitive interface design. This interactive prototype highlights the seamless navigation flow, responsive interactions, and polished animations that bring the design to life, demonstrating how users can easily browse services, select their needs, and book trusted handymen with just a few taps.
Startup Istanbul 2016 Presentation
Presenting Klik Tukang at Startup Istanbul 2016, where we proudly represented Indonesia as one of the top 10 best startups of 2016. This milestone achievement secured initial seed funding of 15 million rupiah to support our operations for two quarters in 2016. Following our successful presentation and market traction, we gained recognition from Bekraf (Indonesia's Creative Economy Agency), which led to additional funding support to scale our platform and expand our reach across Indonesia.
