The session titled "Understanding the Importance of UI/UX for Digital Startup Products" was conducted as an open knowledge-sharing and training program aimed at a diverse audience, including university students, recent graduates with backgrounds in Computer Science, Informatics, and Information Systems, as well as professional employees from Telkom Indonesia who actively participated in the event. As the main speaker, I delivered strategic insights and practical guidance on how UI/UX design plays a critical role in shaping successful digital startup products. The session combined conceptual understanding with real-world case studies, allowing participants to gain a holistic view of how user-centered design can drive product adoption, usability, and long-term business sustainability in the digital era.
